The prisoners are to be transferred to other camps, bringing Hogan's operation to an end. To prevent this, Hogan convinces Klink that there is a vast supply of crude oil under Stalag 13. With visions of postwar riches, Klink tries to retain control of the camp. When this fails, Hogan stages a phony bombing raid on the camp.
